2019: Demonstration of radar station of control of territories "Forpost-M"

On June 27, 2019 Ruselectronics Holding of State Corporation Rostec showed the upgraded radar station of control of territories "Forpost-M". In a product regime of the "clever" violator is implemented – the station will recognize an object even in attempt to deceive the radar, for example by radio-electronic suppression.

"Forpost-M", developed by Vega concern of Ruselectronics holding, it is intended for automatic radar monitoring of onshore and water sections of the area as a part of automated systems. The station detects objects in a radius up to 20 km, determines parameters of their movement and can accompany up to 50 objects at the same time, saving routes of their movement.

In the upgraded version of the equipment the small-sized antenna is used at the expense of what dimensions of the station managed to be reduced twice. Also in the provided modification digital control by scanning using the bezkollektorny engine is implemented that allows to detect more precisely objects and to determine their parameters.

The Forpost-M station can be applied to protection of border, the power transmission line, oil and gas pipelines, including in the Arctic and snow-covered zones. At implementation of monitoring of a surface of the water the complex is capable to trace routes of small-sized courts, to detect icebergs and the drifting ices and also can carry out search of the people who appeared on the broken-away ice floes " told Vyacheslav Mikheyev, the CEO of Vega concern
