Ruselectronics the Integrated communication complex for the VTR

Product
The name of the base system (platform): Artificial intelligence (AI, Artificial intelligence, AI)
Developers: Omsk Research Institute of Instrument Making (ORIIM)
Date of the premiere of the system: 2019/07/11
Last Release Date: 2020/06/04
Branches: MILITARY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX
Technology: Video conferencing,  Satellite communication and navigation

The integrated communication complex for the VTR is intended for the organization of a radio communication between the VTRs surface ships of any rank and coastal communication hubs and also means of communication of the surface ships, submarines and aircraft. Besides, the complex ensures joint work with the internal ship systems. The equipment allows to use broadband and satellite communication for ensuring infocommunication services, including a video conferencing and data transmission.

2020: The upgraded communication complex for the VTR with an open architecture

On June 4, 2020 it became known that the Ruselectronics holding delivered to State Corporation Rostec the upgraded integrated communication complex for equipment of the surface ships and Navy vessels. In this modification the complex has an open architecture which allows to provide crew of the ship with expanded structure of telecommunication services and services at implementation of a radio communication.

In this modification of a complex the management system is constructed on the principles of scalability that allows to connect if necessary to it additional devices and also to expand functionality of the systems of computer decision support by officials of the ship. Read more here.

2019: The announcement of the integrated communication complex for the VTR

On July 11, 2019 the Ruselectronics company provided the integrated communication complex for the VTR based on a management system with artificial intelligence. The solution ensures smooth operation in digital radio lines of a reserved and interference-immune radio communication.

Ruselectronics provided a ship complex of communication with artificial intelligence

According to the company, the management system developed by the Omsk scientific research institute of instrument making independently makes the schedule of work of a complex of communication, checks availability of communication channels and configures the equipment for work in a required radio network and also provides transition to use of other sort of communication in case of need. The management system accepts a part of decisions on the organization of processes of information transfer which were made earlier by the person automatically. The noise immunity of the solution is provided due to pseudorandom reorganization of operating frequency.

The integrated complex of communication is intended for providing a radio communication between the VTRs surface ships of any rank and external correspondents – communication hubs of command posts, the surface ships, submarines, aircraft. The complex ensures interface and joint work to the ship systems and also provides infocommunication services, including a video conferencing and data transmission, by means of subsystems of broadband and satellite communication. The radio-transmitting P-646-M1 device, the antenna matching device ANSU-1000PF, a single-channel radio receiver, Yabloko-M1 and Ametist-VMF radio stations, the Spider-1 Ethernet switch, antenna switching units KPRAM, KPRAM-1 and UPS 2000-48/220 uninterruptible power supply unit are a part of a complex.

The integrated complex of communication is demanded at a goszakachik and in the next decades it will become a basis of the VTR communication systems. For July, 2019 it already equips a number of the ships of different projects and also contracts for future deliveries are signed. The complex includes means of communication which provide implementation of technologies of software-defined radio in the communication system of Navy. Such technology allows to add function and to expand possibilities of the equipment without interventions in construction but only at the expense of a software update.
