2024: Launch of the EKOM + platform

Russian Post has launched its own digital platform for sellers. The digital platform "EKOM +" from the Russian Post is a single online service for entrepreneurs. It will allow you to automate in a single window all the key processes necessary for the seller to work with marketplaces, delivery services, classifieds and other online sales windows. This was announced by the Russian Post on May 20, 2024.

The platform is intended for representatives of small and micro-businesses that sell goods through marketplaces, their own online stores, social networks and offline stores. The service will automatically select the category of goods, tell you the necessary characteristics, process incoming orders according to the Marketplaces rules and keep a detailed record of the goods.

Using the EKOM + platform, sellers can manage orders and deliveries at several sites at once, control inventory balances and track the status of orders on different marketplaces. Also, the service will soon have options for automatically creating product cards and transferring data from other sites - all this will reduce the likelihood of manager errors.

Leading Marketplaces and multiple delivery services are connected to the platform. Already in May 2024, it is possible to work and optimize product cards, fill out information about the product, create shipments and choose profitable offers from delivery service partners. At the start of the project, access to the platform will be free, which will allow customers to assess its capabilities.

Work on the EKOM + platform will save time for entrepreneurs and reduce costs through a single business management point on several digital trading platforms. In the future, EKOM + will have more trading platforms and delivery methods, advertising and financial services, subsidies for business development, - said Anton Nechaev, head of development of products and services of the Russian Post.
