MedVox is an intellectual platform of hands-off processing of the entering and outgoing calls for the medical organizations.
The platform allows to automate the following tasks of operators:
- Record of patients on appointment.
- A system performs record by method, usual for the medical organization: identifying the patient on the Full Name and date of birth, the Insurance Number of Individual Ledger Account, the passport number, compulsory health insurance or number of a card. Record settings are also configured individually: record to the doctor on his Full Name and specialization, only on specialization of the doctor, by number of the direction, etc.
- Reminder to patients about records and receipt acknowledgment.
- A system allows to ring round automatically patients and to find out their readiness to come to the forthcoming acceptance. In case of refusal the patient a system will release time for other records or will postpone record to convenient time.
- Canceling of acceptance at the initiative of the medical organization.
- In case of a disease or a business trip of the doctor a system allows to ring round automatically the patients written to him and to notify on forced canceling of acceptance.
- Processing of the waiting list.
- A system can create the waiting list to specialists and, in case of "windows" in the schedule, call patients from the list and offer this time in the automatic mode.
- Monitoring of vulnerable groups of citizens.
- A system can perform call-down of certain groups of citizens for the purpose of control of their vital indicators, for example, of chronic patients, patients during the postoperative period, elderly people.
- Call of the doctor on the house.
- A system allows to issue in the automatic mode at any time the request for a call of the doctor for the house which is transferred to the IC of the organization.
- Questioning.
- A system can conduct surveys of the selected groups of patients and provide the created reports.
