The Head of Department of cloud solutions for work with clients of SAP Sergey Ermakov explained TAdviser that SAP Cloud for Customer is provided according to the SaaS model and a set of the components providing functionality for customer relationship management to the staff of sales departments and customer service includes. Also in it there is a number of components for interaction of workers in the company, the analysis of social networks, work of sales representatives, etc. The solution is based on the innovation SAP HANA Cloud platform.
In addition, the cloud SAP CRM platform contains the whole set of the configured analytical tools allowing to provide to workers and company management information on key performance indicators of activity of the specific employee, division, etc.
SAP notes that thanks to the integrated SAP Jam system providing effective interaction of employees among themselves work with a system on the simplicity is comparable with use of social networks.
A system works both via the web browser, and on mobile devices by means of the multiplatform mobile solution which is available to downloading in AppStore and Play Market. Also these applications provide an opportunity work offline.
"Stationary" CRM vs. cloud
Unlike most other vendors, SAP does not position the Cloud for Customer system as an alternative of "stationary" CRM at lower price, speak in the Russian representative office. One of advantages of the cloud CRM solution in SAP call the preconfigured integration with the existing landscape of the systems of customers that allows not to replace the existing systems with cloud solutions, and to add the existing On-Premise of the solution of customers with all advantages which are provided by cloud CRM.
"Clients who use large bases of clients for segmentation and marketing campaigns, as a rule, do not want to transfer these bases to a cloud, especially considering frequent concerns of customers concerning information security, - Sergey Ermakov says. – We offer the client hybrid model: functionality of CRM set at them or other systems of SAP which work with large volumes of data of the company and to take out daily work of sellers in a cloud".
Russian localization
On September 30, 2014 announced SAP CIS readiness of the localized version of SAP Cloud for Customer for the Russian market. A system includes a set of the principal components available to acquisition as all together, and separately. Treat them:
- SAP Cloud for Sales,
- SAP Cloud for Service,
- SAP Cloud for Social Engagement
- SAP Social Media Analytics.
According to the statement of the company, in the solution advantages of the mobile technologies, predictive analytics and analytical tools which are built in standard functionality of a system are in full used.
SAP notes that the option of use of hybrid model of the solution is available to the clients working with large volumes of data on clients, the markets, products and services - having integrated the operating systems with the SAP solution Cloud for Customer. It gives the chance of transfer of support of sales processes and marketing in a cloud, providing necessary control of data security, speed and mobility.
"With the advent of Cloud for Customer becomes possible to provide process automation of customer acquisition, sale and customer service using the most modern technologies and to unroll the ready industrial CRM solution in few days", - Pavel Rastopshin, the sales director of business applications of SAP CIS noted.
In the Russian representative office told TAdviser that SAP prepares the version of the cloud CRM system of SAP Cloud for Customer localized for Russia for release in December, 2013. To an exit of localization of SAP Cloud for Customer it was available to the Russian clients in the global version. SAP performs sale to cloud CRM in Russia as directly, and via the partner channel.
