In recent years power supply companies against the background of state regulation of electricity rates try to find drivers for the additional growth of revenue due to sale of additional services. But so far earn from them only small percent from revenue in comparison with the similar European companies. It is possible to select several directions in which the Russian companies working in the power sphere move. Among them: implementing solutions on omnichannel interaction with consumers; development of marketplaces on the platforms; an output of complex products (for example, sale, installation and service of the electrotechnical, utilities, climatic equipment) which would allow to interact in real time with clients and to receive from them a feedback, to apply means of advanced analytics to studying of a consumer behavior. told Dmitry Rudenko, the head of SAP of practice of Accenture in Russia |
