The SAP solution "Management of Environmental Protection, Health and Security" (SAP EHS), is based on an integration complex a SAP component of EHS, SAP HCM, SAP PM (TORO), SAP MM, SAP FI-AA, etc. The SAP solution EHS is a part of a complex product portfolio of SAP for ensuring sustainable development of the enterprises. Proposes the solution to the heads who are responsible for labor protection, security and ecology and also for safe handling of products, substances and materials, quick access to reliable information. Allows not only monitor observance of applicable requirements, but also to exercise integrated management of the operational risks connected with ecological aspects, labor safety, health and processes and also to solve the problems connected with corporate initiatives of sustainable development.

This solution allows to carry out complex automation of all processes connected with labor protection at the enterprises. With its help it is possible to conduct hierarchy of jobs with indication of required characteristics (harmful factors, surcharges and privileges, individual protection equipment, etc.), to organize and control the processes connected with routine inspections / surveys of employees. The solution "Labor protection" allows to provide system approach to holding actions for improvement of working conditions and automatic formation of the state and corporate forms of the reporting.

EHSM product for automation of a management system as now it is accepted to speak, sustainable development of the enterprise. The product in the world market already for a long time, is released in replacement of SAP EH&S (ERP) (1995), since 2011 was implemented in the CIS countries. According to the law "About Environmental Protection" (Federal Law No. 69 of 1/10/2002) all industrial facilities which activity is connected with environmental pollution are obliged to stay on the special state registry. Besides, also the loss caused to ecology by these enterprises is subject to accounting. Such information should it is provided in the Russian supervisory authorities in the form of special reports 2-TP. The algorithm of calculation of these data and forms are available to the Russian clients of SAP in the localized version of the SAP solution EHSM now. It considerably facilitates preparation of reports and provides reliability with the provided information.
