Quality Assurance 2.0 is the service for clients in Russia and the CIS providing at all stages of the project, optimum efficiency of implementing solutions of SAP, regardless of how the project - own forces of the customer or with participation of the partner company is kept.

On June 10, 2014 the representative office of SAP in Russia announced the new service directed to improvement of quality of projects on implementing solutions of vendor.

SAP CIS - the company, first-ever among other child organizations, who represents this service on the market. This service will help customers to provide quality of implementation during all project, making use of expert experience of two divisions:

  • SAP Active Global Support — on a customer support,
  • SAP Consulting — on maintaining projects.

When developing service a large-scale feedback from customers is considered, it will allow experts of SAP to select key priorities of clients and the main "painful points" of projects where quality control is especially important. In particular, researches of SAP show what up to 30% of all project risks arises from inexact assessment and volume of tasks, and costs for correction of a crisis situation reach 20-30% of the total cost of the project. Therefore quality management even more often is considered by clients as the real instrument of increase in investment soundness in projects on implementation of information systems and business applications.

Following the recommendations of experts of SAP, the customer will be able to reveal and minimize risks of implementation at each stage, to try to obtain the maximum return from investments into SAP solutions and growth of efficiency of the business. At the same time the customer has an opportunity to reveal the most critical project risks both in technical, and in functional aspects and also as much as possible to use possibilities of standard functionality of solutions. It allows to reduce labor costs both by implementation, and by the subsequent support of the solution.
