Functional parts are developed ASUproject, and from SAP in terms of program components in the solution the SAP HANA platform is used.
Creation and development of a product
2016: Entry into the market and inclusion in the global price list of SAP
In December, 2016 SAP CIS and ASUproject reported that the SAP solution UFAM was included in the global price list of SAP. It is the first product of the Russian development which appeared there, noted in SAP.
Getting into the global price list means that SAP and its partners can sell the solution worldwide. According to Natalia Parmenova, the chief executive of SAP CIS, the company has an action plan on an output of the solution not only to the Russian market, but also to world. As of December the company communicates with a number of customers from Southeast Asia who expressed interest in this product.
Collaboration in creation of the solution lasted more than 2.5 years. The Deputy CEO of ASUproject company Andrey Portyannikov told TAdviser that a part of its program components used for creation of SAP UFAM were already ready and were already used at the Russian enterprises. A part of components was written from scratch. The integrated planning and the integrated analysis, for example, which Portyannikov calls a know-how.
Before including the solution in the global price list, foreign specialists of SAP in quality carried out the analysis of its code, functionality, checked a product for compliance to standards of performance, security, etc. also the company "ASUproject" - Was checked for a maturity of development processes, compliance to standards of maintenance, financial stability, etc.
In Russia the solution is approved together with "one of three the largest" the oil companies within a pilot project, and before the hypothesis of work of a product was checked at one of the European oil and gas enterprises.
SAP CIS says that studied experience of use of software solutions in the world oil companies and did not find the solution which one product would close the same range of functions as SAP UFAM.
As the companies will divide income from sale of the joint solution, SAP and ASUproject do not open. SAP CIS told TAdviser that here the standard conditions of participation of their company in partnership of this sort operating at world level work.
SAP CIS says that works on creation of joint solutions which could be included in the global price list of SAP conduct with two Russian companies which are not connected with the oil industry. One of them is connected with security of Internet of Things, another - with document flow.
Functionality
The product realizes the concept of the digital field. The first block – the integrated analysis – is the most capacious in terms of time which is spent by specialists, developers note. SAP UFAM allows to carry out it in the automatic mode at the level of data collection systems from layer and wells, and offers specialists actions plans with the calculated forecast and economic effect.
On the basis of the offered actions it is possible to carry out the integrated planning in the automatic mode. Due to planning it is possible to reduce, for example, a downtime and to increase production volumes. For planning the solution contains a number of algorithms with the open code which ASUproject adapted especially for the oil industry. In ASUproject say that on this functionality the solution has no competitors neither in Russia, nor in the world.
Also allows to create the solution the integrated model which begins with layer level taking into account different types of interaction to the level of wells and the pumping equipment, including model of a surface, a current of raw materials on pipelines, up to a rallying point.
Portyannikov Andrey from ASUproject notes that the bulk of components of the integrated modeling is very similar to those solutions which foreign vendors have also, but he calls layer model in the Russian solution an exclusive: she works with the same accuracy, as well as foreign analogs, but weighs less and considers quicker, he claims.
Regarding monitoring the solution is able to be connected to all APCS systems existing and which are used at the enterprises is able to work with different sensors (from the level of wells to the level of platforms), Portyannikov says. SAP UFAM can be integrated with the accounting systems of the enterprise for complex monitoring, for example, deviations from the modes, actions and to give a message, working off of scenarios for further adjustment of the integrated plan.
Trends in development of oil and gas fields:
- Collecting, transfer and processing of trade data by installation of remotely operated sensors sensors
- Creation of the integrated management system and decision making of the oil and gas field in real time
- Use of the high innovative technologies for increase in efficiency of development
- Mastering of difficult fields (geological, climatic, territorial conditions)
- Modeling of technology processes of production, preparation, transportation, processing and sales of products in real time
- Decrease in influence of a human factor. Aspiration to most automated technologies on oil and gas fields
