SCAD (Structure CAD) is the computer system for the strength analysis of constructions by the finite-element method. It is implemented as the integrated system of the strength analysis and structural design on the basis of the finite-element method. Is a component of the integrated system of the strength analysis and structural design of Structure CAD Office (SCAD Office).

The unified graphical environment of synthesis of the settlement scheme and analysis of results provides ample opportunities of modeling of settlement schemes from the simplest before the most difficult constructions.

The high-performance processor allows to solve problems of big dimension (hundreds of thousands of degrees of freedom at static and dynamic influences).

2018: Description of a complex

For October, 2018 SCAD includes the developed library of terminal elements for modeling of the rod, lamellar, solid-state and combined constructions, modules of the analysis of stability, formation of settlement combinations of efforts, checks of tension of structural elements according to different failure theories, determinations of efforts of interaction of a fragment with other construction, calculations of efforts and movements from combinations of zagruzheniye. The structure of a complex includes programs of selection of an armature in elements of reinforced concrete structures and checks of sections of elements of metalwork.

Compliance Construction Norms and Regulations is confirmed with the certificate of Gosstroy of Russia.

SCAD provides data exchange with other programs, using:

  • universal formats (IFC, CIS/2, DXF, DWG);
  • formats of these Advance Steel programs (version 2014, 2015, 2016), Ansys, STAAD, Abacus, Femap, GMSH, NetGen;
  • plug-ins for programs of Revit (version 2013, 2014.2015, 2016, 2017, 2018), ArchiCAD (version 16,17,18, 19, 20), Tekla (versions 18 19 20 21, 2016, 2017).
