SHLTools 4

On October 1, 2019 the SHL company reported that it released the SHLTOOLS 4 system for online assessment of candidates. This system completely conform to requirements for security of information and work with personal data in Russia that is confirmed by the certification of FSTEC undergone in May, 2019.

According to the company, SHLTOOLS is the Russian development of SHL company which represents the online tool for carrying out remote personel assessment using the ability tests and professional personal questionnaires. For October, 2019 more than 700 companies in Russia use this system on a permanent basis.

SHLTOOLS 4 is constructed based on modern IT technologies and its main difference from the previous versions consists in ability to integrate the tool into any systems of the companies clients. Also a system has adaptive imposition, usability by candidates and representatives of the companies, a possibility of setup of any consolidated statements and unloadings of data.

SHLTOOLS 4 are not just additional updates in the previous versions of a system of online assessment. We were faced by a task to make the usual tool easier, convenient and capable to integration into the systems of the companies clients. Certification of FSTEC

On June 11, 2019 the SHL company announced obtaining the certificate of conformity of the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC) of Russia on an information system of online assessment SHLTools. The certificate of compliance is issued for three years on the basis of results of research software and successfully passed certified tests.

The FSTEC certificate confirms that the system of online assessment of SHLTOOLS is the operating system conforming to requirements for security of information and work with personal data. The certificate permits to integrate the SHLTOOLS system into information systems of the commercial organizations and public authorities.

The undergone certification of FSTEC confirms that the SHL company responsibly treats work with personal data and works according to the regulations approved by the state thereby providing all necessary conditions for preserving of confidentiality of information.
