In 2012 Elba and Eureka integrated in a new product of the company — " accounting.circuit ". The service allows to keep accounting to the enterprises of small and medium business, offering two versions — easy (for entrepreneurs) and professional (for accountants).

History

2011: Start of service

SKB Kontur started in April, 2011 new drawing web service "Evrika" for payroll at the small enterprises. Developers figuratively call a new solution "salary iPhone" which they offer instead of "sad black-and-white phone"[1].

As note in the company, anyone can freely visit the website kontur-evrika.ru already today and estimate the first, still incomplete, functionality on payroll. In the current version it is possible to do some basic transactions: enter personnel data into separate personal cards taking into account standard deductions, calculate salary, sick leave notes, prepare SZV-6 form for the reporting in the Pension fund. Till July access to Eureka is free of charge open for all.

By July of this year founders of Eureka are going to add a feature to calculate a vacation pay, to send RSV-1 form to the Pension fund and to report in form 4-FSS. After adding of new services access to Eureka will become paid, however, as developers promise, the price of annual connection of service will be below offline solutions.

"Eureka" is the third solution SaaS for business released by SKB Kontur company for 2010-2011. Were the first "The electronic accountant Elba, intended, first of all for individual entrepreneurs, and "Diadoc" - the system of exchange of electronic documents between the organizations. Also SKB Kontur has an offline product "Kontur-Zarplata" ("AMBA") for large enterprises with complex circuits of calculation.

The Eureka project manager Ilya Bublik as potential users of new web service sees accountants who calculate salary at the enterprises with simple accounting and numbering up to 50 staff. According to him, in Russia their more than 300 thousand.

"Such specialists got used to use "boxed solutions" which are on sale with weighty piles of instructions and constantly need updates. At the same time such "boxes" cost unfairly much. And the most interesting that we already got used to think that it is normal. Our purpose – to give to users "smart salary" with very cool interface and for little money. In the first three months until web service free, we try to collect maximum fidbek from users that Eureka became even more user friendly", - notes the Bagel.

Developers of Eureka, solution for payroll online, simplified in October, 2011 data loading about employees. Now Eureka learned to accept these data from form 2-NDFL automatically. It is possible to load the report file 2-NDFL created in any salary program into Eureka, at the same time personal data of employees will be transferred automatically. "Eureka" is able to accept: Full name, date of birth, TIN, passport data, registration address, nationality, status PIT. Also there was an opportunity to add the employee manually.

  • In July, 2011 in service preparation of the reporting in the Social Insurance Fund, in August – the reporting in RPF appeared.

  • In October, 2011 developers implemented an opportunity for work with cryptography in any browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Chrome). As the Eureka project manager Ilya Bublik is recognized, in the technical plan it was one of the most interesting challenges. Thanks to its solution, users of a system of Kontur-Extern can send the reporting from Eureka, using different browsers.

2012: 50 thousand users for the first year of work

For April, 2012 in Eureka more than 50 thousand users are registered, from them about 15 thousand use Eureka every month.

The most part of users – accountants in the field of trade, construction and services. As showed experience, payroll calculation and preparation of the reporting in the organizations of this kind simply gives in to online automation.

As Ilya Bublik promised, the free version of an online service, the including possibility of payroll calculation and preparation of the reporting for the organizations by number to three employees, will remain still available.

– If to speak about plans – now integration with services which can facilitate the accountant's life is most of all interesting to a command of Eureka, – for example, in the nearest future – with the legal-reference Standard system, in the near future – with banks, – the Eureka project manager Ilya Bublik shared.

2012: The Evrika web service learned to conduct accounting

The web service for payroll calculation and conducting personnel records Eureka intended for accountants of the small enterprises learned to keep account of documents and to prepare accounting records.

Users of Eureka can: work with primary and accounting documents; create and send accounting records, declarations on the VAT and profit; use reference books by partners, goods and services.

Besides, communication of salary and accounting is implemented: when closing month in a salary part in the section Documents the document with postings on payroll, the PIT and contributions is automatically created.

Until the end of the year all functionality of accounting is available free of charge.

According to developers, Eureka turns into full Internet accounting for small business. Already now it is possible to consider salary, to send the reporting through the system of Kontur-Extern at once from service, to look for relevant documents via the legal-reference module, to prepare the relevant reporting in RPF and the Social Insurance Fund.

So far the accounting Eureka block is suitable for the organizations on the general system of taxation, but support of the STS and an UIIT will be by the end of the year implemented, solution designers promise.
