SKB Kontur: Microsoft Dynamics NAV - SaaS

Microsoft and SKB Kontur agreed in October, 2011 about joint market promotion of small and medium business. One of two ERP of the American company - Dynamics NAV expected small customers, will be available in the mode of a hosting (lease) of applications from capacities of SKB Kontur. As potential buyers in Microsoft first of all see already existing partner's customers, estimating their number more than at one million organizations.

"It will be the product integrated with our web services which will allow to interact with the state and partners including in electronic form", - the CEO of SKB Kontur Dmitry Mramorov says. Software of SKB Kontur based on NAV is going to start in 2012. Further partners expect to transfer it to the next version of NAV (its internal name - "seventh") on a cloud platform of Azure.

In total now Microsoft Dynamics NAV (the current version 2009 R2) in a hosting is provided by 5 partners. The company calls two the most active of them - Praktik settlement center (specializes in delivery of tax and accounting records on the Internet) and the hosting of Parking.ru entering into Inoventica.

As the director of the department of sales of business solutions of "Microsoft Russia" Vladimir Vodianov, the basic explained CNews that distinguishes new partnership - it is the scale of the customer base of SKB Kontur and sales opportunity of NAV together with popular software of this developer for electronic sending the reporting to tax.

"Through own online services of SKB Kontur for the protected document flow of the enterprise hand over reports already now, - he says. - We calculate that among them also financial modules of the ERP system will be demanded. Especially as primary data for these systems match, and information for tax is already processed at remote capacities of service provider". Also Vodianov reminded that he already sells the network version of the Office 365 Microsoft office suite through SKB Kontur.

It is already the second initiative of Microsoft lately connected with sales of NAV in Russia. As recently wrote CNews, last week the marketing program of reduction of price of a product for new Russian customers started. Now from 50 local partners of such new clients bring 30. The best of partners - Navicon Group, last financial year received 21 new customer.
