Increase production to 100,000 modules per year

Graviton"" is increasing production for SSDs client devices. SSD are compatible with everyone, the Russian OS have the capabilities of self-diagnostics, protection against overheating and end-to-end. data protection Components are used in Graviton client devices. SSDs are now available for a separate order. The products are in the register. The Ministry of Industry and Trade Russia company announced this on April 14, 2025.

Graviton is developing the category of components - in 2024 the company increased their production to 100,000 modules per year. The category includes in-house SSDs. SSDs are used as part of PCs and Graviton workstations, and are also available for a separate order.

The Graviton SSD has the M.2 2280 form factor, PCIe Gen3x4 NVMe interface and memory from 256 GB to 2 TB. To store data in the Graviton SSD, 3D TLC flash memory chips and an SSD controller chip are used. The devices are distinguished by high data transfer rates - read and write up to 2450 and 1800 Mb/s, respectively. IOPs - up to 295,000 random read and 430,000 random write. Integrated software includes end-to-end data protection technology that maintains data integrity for the duration of the module. The components are protected from overheating and are equipped with a Smart ECC system.

The durability of the accumulators is ensured by the manufacturing and testing process. To test the Graviton modules, special thermal chambers are used, where modules from 6 to 8 hours work when heated to high temperatures - this procedure is necessary for the manufacture of high-quality SSDs.

We pay special attention to product control and quality. Our drives undergo comprehensive testing, including long-term testing in a thermal chamber for reliability testing. At the same time, the current production rate gives us the opportunity to offer the market high-quality components and close our own needs. We support a warehouse of more than 10 thousand devices of each name, available right now at the request of our customers, "said Sergey Gendrich, director of the Graviton client computing department.

Start-up of production

Graviton has launched mass production of solid-state drives. The Russian company announced this on April 24, 2024.

The new storage devices are M.2 2280 PCIe Gen3x4 NVMe. They have maximum read and write speeds of 2400 and 1700 MB per second and IOPs of 295 thousand for random reading and up to 430 thousand for random writing. The storage capacity ranges from 256 GB to 2 TB, depending on the model.

In addition, the manufacturer draws attention to the presence of end-to-end data protection technology that ensures the integrity of the SSD throughout its lifetime, as well as technologies for protection against overheating, self-diagnostics and condition control (SmartECC).

Graviton SSDs are adapted for use in PCs, All-in-Ones and laptops. New items are compatible with all Russian operating systems and are included in the register of Russian industrial products of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.
