STEK-Trust

STEK-Trust is the system of the protected electronic document management, the tool for exchange of documents in electronic form on telecommunication channels.

All documents addressing in the STACK-TRUST system are signed by the electronic signature and where it is required, are ciphered by the certified means of cryptographic information protection (MCIP).

Appointment

The system of STEK-Trust is intended for:

• transfers of the reporting of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, individuals in state bodies in electronic form on the Internet;
• reconciliations from IFTS by calculations with the budget (a request for the information statement);
• exchange with inspectors of IFTS, RPF and other state bodies of letters, requests and other documents (unformalized document flow);
• the organizations of the protected unformalized electronic document management between subscribers of a system;
• signings of files electronic signature;
• exchange of invoices in electronic form between subscribers of a system.

Description

The program works with the local database in which all sent and received documents and also in-house documents are stored (protocols, notifications, notifications, etc.). All documents are stored in the decrypted view with the electronic signature. Any document can be visualized and printed. In programs there are convenient means of search, sorting and data filtering therefore subscribers always quickly also can easily find the necessary information.

The STEK-Trust software product is simple in use and setup. The main operations on installation and setup are executed in the automatic mode. Other transactions are executed in the manual mode, it is easy to understand them on the enclosed management. If subscribers experience difficulties in setup of programs or in work with them, to services of subscribers the help of qualified specialists of technical support service is offered.

For work of client software programs surely one of means of cryptographic information protection: "Verba-OW", Crypto Pro and "Domen-K". The system of STEK-Trust has several elements of protection. First, the input in client software programs is performed by the password. Secondly, it is required to specify the certificate of a key of the electronic signature in programs. Without indication of the signature key certificate the subscriber will not be able to send or receive correspondence, thus, his authentication in a system is provided.

The STEK-Trust software product completely meets the requirements of the legislation and has necessary certificates and the conclusions about correctness of embedding of means of cryptographic information protection.

A system is intended only for transfer of the declarations (calculations, reports, documents) prepared earlier. In STEK-Trust report forms are not prepared. For preparation of report forms it is possible to use any software which unloads report forms in the approved format.

One of means of preparation of reports is the free software product "The STACK — the Electronic reporting" developed by specialists of NTC STEK.

2018: Compatibility with the solutions "Rutoken of the EDS"

The companies "Asset" and "NTC STEK" in February, 2018 completed tests as a result of which the compatibility and correctness of joint work of electronic identifiers Rutoken (Rutoken of the EDS 2.0 Rutoken of the EDS of 2.0 Flash, Rutoken of the EDS of PKI) with the system of the protected document flow of STEK-Trust was confirmed.
