Speystim holding started in the summer of 2014 a cloud navigation information service which will allow users (both the small motor transportation companies, and regional operators) to manage transport most quickly, without binding to a workplace.

The web application of ST Flagman Web is created based on the innovation telematic platform. A key task of SaaS of service – to help the client to manage effectively transport business processes and to make the right management decisions literally on the run in several clicks.

Access to the software (S) is provided via the web browser from any mobile device (the smartphone, the tablet, the notebook) from every spot on the globe. Navigation information on work of each unit of transport is stored in a cloud, so – always near at hand. ST Flagman Web in real time provides: control of movement of transport (including state-of-health data, parameters and routes of the movement of the car); operational management of transport work taking into account the current situation (operation of an alarm or peripheral sensors, an exit from a geozone); control of observance of diagrams and route tasks, etc.

The web application of ST Flagman Web has the modern thought-over user interface created on the basis of the current trends of web design and taking into account long-term experience of the SpaceTeam in development of the dispatching software. ST Flagman Web allows to configure the interface of the program (using templates) "under the user", under the solution of specific objectives during a certain time frame or depending on a type of the equipment.

"Desktop" and Reference books - two independent areas of the ST Flagman Web interface. On a desktop problems of operating control and analytics, in reference books - administrative tasks of different level are solved. In the field of a desktop several tasks as independently of each other, and it is connected can be carried out at the same time (synchronization of parameters of tasks). Each window with a task in work area has a panel of settings in which it is convenient to set and change parameters of this task "in one click".

For convenience of users and a possibility of further expansion reference books are separated into several categories. For different specialists the list of reference books, available to editing, differs. ST Flagman Web allows to regulate access for the user to all separate reference book in general, and to separate records of this reference book (for example, access restriction on the manager to a certain group of vehicles).

The web application allows to connect cards from different taylovy Internet services and also some other standardized WMS services (for example, from a line of ArcGIS services). The cartographic library OpenLayers – the recognized open solution and the OpemStreetMaps cards is by default used.

In ST Flagman Web® the editor of zones and user objects is also implemented. Information entered into them is used at generation of disturbing messages and for formation of the text description of location of transport. Zones and objects can be tied to groups of vehicles.

During the work with the web application of ST Flagman Web the manager can quickly change time zones that significantly facilitates process of control of transport working across all territory of Russia.

Functionality and technology flexibility of ST Flagman Web allow to finish as fast as possible structure and functionality of industry navigation and information systems according to requirements of the customer. Before commissioning the web application passed multi-stage test including in the dispatching centers of the motor transportation enterprises.
