Monitoring and management system "ST.Monitor" (STM) is a software toolkit designed for centralized monitoring and management of IT resources (equipment, software).

On May 22, 2023, SMART technologies SOFT introduced the monitoring and management system of ST. Monitor. The product received a certificate of state registration of the computer program (N 2023612370) and is included in the register of domestic software (Entry in the register of 17.05.2023 No. 17618).
ST.Monitor is a client-server system that includes a server core, databases (DB), distributed components of data collection and management tools, as well as a thin web client supported by a web browser. End users interact with the CT.Monitor via a web interface.
System monitoring is based on standard protocols such as SNMP and monitoring software agents (PAMs). The program implements its own protocol for receiving data from the PAM, directing them to the data collection module. ST.Monitor also supports the Zabbix passive agent protocol.
The system implements the Redfish protocol to manage server hardware. Managed servers are registered in the monitoring configuration as objects (along with other monitoring objects). The Redfish protocol can also be used to monitor servers.
