The safe house - the program, a complex of technical means, infrastructure and actions which guarantees existence of video content and access to it.

As a part of the Safe House program:

• video registration hardware and software system "Safe house", infrastructure of a power supply and ensuring signal transmission;
• surveillance cameras (basic and additional);
• customer service;
• system of disturbing sensors (additional option);
• data collection and their transfer through the Internet;

• monitoring center "Safe House" (MCSH).

Action of the program

In the apartment house video cameras are installed. The basic set consists of cameras which are mounted on access doors.

On requests of Customers on separate conditions any types of additional cameras (intra access, perimeter, lift, etc.) and sets of disturbing sensors for condition monitoring of non-residential premises are installed: attics, cellars, utility rooms and so forth. Sensors can be different types depending on the purposes (sensors of penetration, movement, flooding and so on).

All terminal units (video cameras and sensors) are connected to the set hardware and software system which creates a videoarchive and transmits video content and signals from disturbing sensors to MTsBD by means of channels and the Internet.

The main advantage of the Safe House program is the guaranteed existence of a videoarchive and the continued support of operability of the equipment which are provided employment the Monitoring Center of the Safe House Program (further MTsBD) and customer service.

Customer service

Work of personnel of customer service:

• acceptance and processing of incoming requests on providing videos;
• maintenance of the equipment, support of its working capacity;
• timely repair of the equipment.

Work of the Monitoring center of the Safe House program (MTsBD):

MTsBD is the main integrating organization of Safe House non-profit partnership.

The fact of the guaranteed existence of a videoarchive is provided due to support of operability of the equipment. It is especially valuable in modern conditions when entrances, doors, video cameras are regularly exposed to cracking, intended failure, vandal actions.

The guaranteed operability of the equipment is provided to MTsBD which debugs the mode of regular monitoring of operability of elements of a system and transfers information to customer service.
