2025: Product Announcement

To Moscow In developed innovative self-service cash desks biometrics with a face-to-face payment function and a built-in theft prevention system. The new equipment was demonstrated at the "Store of the Future" in Skolkovo as part of the "Made in Moscow" project. This was announced Moscow by the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development on August 12, 2025.

Self-service Cass was developed by Saga Technologies, a resident of the Moscow Technopolice SEZ. Software for cash registers was created by the Moscow brand "KKT Service." Engineers have created robotic cash registers that can reduce queue waiting times by 25%. The devices provide a high level of protection during financial transactions and integrate with cash management software for automated reporting.

Robotic cash registers are equipped with 32-inch touch screens and color indicators of the state of operation. The system provides fast and accurate scanning of goods, which increases the throughput of retail outlets. The devices can function around the clock, demonstrating advertising materials of companies and promotional offers during periods of downtime.

A feature of the new cash desks is the ability to pay for goods and services through the recognition of the buyer's face. The biometric system is tied to a specific person and allows you to make settlements without using bank cards or cash. This approach simplifies the purchase process and improves convenience for consumers.

Robotic checkouts include a dedicated merchandise recognition system that helps prevent shoplifting. The technology automatically identifies products and monitors the compliance of scanned and paid goods. This reduces the loss of retailers from theft and increases the overall safety of trading operations.[1]
