The SalesPlatform VtigerCRM distribution kit is created on the basis of the VtigerCRM distribution kit. It is one of the free CRM systems, most popular in the world. In addition to the main functionality of CRM (automation of sales, marketing automation, base of clients, the calendar, mailing e-mail), the Vtiger CRM system contains the add-on modules allowing to automate activity of the enterprise — management of a warehouse, a customer support and requests for service, project management.
The SalesPlatform VtigerCRM distribution kit already contains all necessary patches for correct work in the Russian conditions.
Source texts of the fresh version of the Russian-speaking Vtiger CRM distribution kit extend within the license Mozilla Public License 1.0 (MPL). A system is written in language PHP, provides the convenient web interface with elements Ajax, works in operating systems Linux and Windows.
2015
Vtiger CRM 6.4
On December 24, 2015 the SalesPlatform.ru company provided release of a distribution kit[1].
This release allows to use the automation equipment of sales, including - to create a full stroke of primary documents of sales process according to requirements of the Russian legislation:
- accounts,
- invoices,
- delivery notes,
- acts of the rendered services.
This version represents stable release of "a parent branch" of the Vtiger 6.4 distribution kit with a large number of completions from SalesPlatform company and Russian-language community. Source texts of the project are distributed under the license Sugar Public License 1.1.2 (Mozilla Public License option).
Among changes:
- support of work with corporate mail is finished
- implementation of support of the multiple organizations in one CRM is expanded
- the integration module with Asterisk telephony is improved
- graphic reports are finished:
- "funnel of sales",
- a possibility of placement of charts on a system desktop
- advanced functionality of generation of the PDF documents on templates.

SalesPlatform Vtiger CRM is equipped with the portal
On June 7, 2015 it became known of development of the client portal for the CRM system of SalesPlatform Vtiger CRM[2].

The SalesPlatform company announced creation of the portal which supports interaction of employees with clients of the company. For this purpose it is enough in a contact card, in CRM, to expose the corresponding sign and the letter with login credentials to the portal will be sent to the client.
Using the portal, the client can leave the request for consultation and necessary services, receive accounts for payment, use the knowledge base, services of aftersales service and so forth.
2014: SalesPlatform Vtiger CRM 6.1
The SalesPlatform Vtiger CRM 6.1 distribution kit is constructed on the basis of the free Vtiger CRM platform. A system allows to automate all cycle of operating activities of the enterprise: sales processes and marketing, including phone calls to clients, email and the SMS of mailing, registration of requests from the corporate website, formation of documents (commercial offers, accounts, acts, invoices, delivery notes), maintaining the range of goods and services, purchases and also processing of customer orders and an after-sale service. In the SalesPlatform distribution kit all these functions support the Russian-language interface and are adapted to features of business in the Russian Federation.
As developers of SalesPlatform company note, version 6.1 has the debugged user interface on the basis of modern web technologies. Thanks to the web interface a system can be used by the staff of the enterprise on any devices - from personal computers and notebooks, to Internet tablets and smartphones.
