At the beginning of June, 2019 Salesforce provided the first blockchain platform. It, according to in the company, will allow to bring customer relationship management systems (CRM) to new level.
The product under the name Salesforce Blockchain represents the low-code platform which will help users to create and support a blockchain network, applications and "smart" contracts and also "develop and exchange a blockchain objects in one process with any CRM data object without clicks and the code".
The new solution can integrate data from a blockchain with reports and forecasts on sales and also to connect third-party a blockchain system to Salesforce and to provide access to platforms of clients to the third-party companies "using several clicking mouse buttons".
By the beginning of June, 2019 the product Salesforce Blockchain is available to clients to testing, and the full-scale release is planned for 2020. Several companies and organizations already showed willingness to use technology. Among them — Arizona State University, S&P Global rating agency and IQVIA company developing technology of tracking and verification of instructions for use of medicines.
As the commercial director of S&P Global Ratings Chris Heusler reported, thanks to Salesforce Blockchain the agency will be able to accelerate check and the approval of bank accounts of the companies.
Using Salesforce Blockchain, S&P Global Ratings created a trusted network of the checking employees where everyone can work at a basis of the general, the transparent and checked verification process. It reinterprets and will accelerate KYC checks for our clients — Hoysler told. |
