SandSoft: Sanatorium

Configuration "SandSoft: Sanatorium" it is intended for automation of accounting in sanatoria and boarding houses. It combines reservation department and implementation of permits, service of placement and medical registry in the single database.

Features and program capabilities:

Work with permits:

• Accounting of turnover of forms of permits from the release moment before working off on departure of the guest;
• Implementation of permits according to the complete scheme (account-implementation-settlement), and on simplified (implementation at the time of the settlement);
• Armoring of places in numbers;
• Report generation on turnover of forms of permits, implementation, the movement of vacationers, working off of permits;

Accounting of guests:

• Accommodation of guests, resettlement and departure;
• Maintaining card file of guests, data storage and history of accommodation;
• The interactive checkerwork allowing to execute the majority of transactions using a mouse;
• Setup of additional analytics on guests with reflection in reports;
• Report generation on the living guests, the planned arrivals and departures;

Accounting of the provided services:

• Planning and accounting of the services entering accommodation rates;
• Planning and accounting of the additional services rendered to the guest;
• Power supply planning;
• Rendering services to third parties;
• Support of the seasonal change in price;
• Providing discount rates;

Conducting settlement:

• Acceptance of payment for the provided services in cash and non-cash payment;
• Analysis of a status of settlement;
• Obtaining information on the reflected payments;
• Connection of a fiscal registrar for carrying out cash payments;

Medical registry:

• Purpose of procedures to patients as as a part of the permit, and at extra charge;
• Record on visit of offices taking into account diagrams of their work and current loading; printing of the program of treatment;
• Control of compatibility of procedures when timing acceptance;
• Control of cost of the appointed treatment within the permit;
• Report generation according to procedures and offices.

The configuration is originally, but not independent, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform of the version not lower than 8.3.6 for its work.

The configuration is protected and contains the code fragments which are not subject to change by the user, has protection against unauthorized use.

System "SandSoft: The sanatorium" is not the independent software product and is intended for work together with the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform.

The product is protected by the hardware or program key and has the fragments of a program code closed for change by the user.
