SAPERION ELM - the ECM solution on management of lifecycle of e-mail - E-mail Lifecycle Management ("ELM"). The solution SAPERION ELM supplements a packet of SAPERION ECM Suite, providing integration of turnover of e-mail in scales of all enterprise.

Exit of software of SAPERION ELM was announced by Saperion AG company on July 11, 2013.

Unloading of Exchange Server and other functions

The functionality of archiving of e-mail allows to unload Exchange Server and guarantees observance of instructions on normative legal compliance and statutory requirements.

Function of registration of events in e-mail automatically records all turnover of e-mails and fixes all cases of access to the archived e-mails from the Internet with observance of auditor requirements. This combination allows to simplify considerably observance of instructions on normative legal compliance and statutory requirements. Besides, in case of legal disputes or judicial proceedings it is possible to recover electronic correspondence completely.

The solution of management of e-mail groups separate emails and others, the documents relating to them in the electronic file, for example, case on any client or the agreement. Thanks to it search, management and integration into business processes of each e-mail, as well as any other document, is performed from the SAPERION ECM Suite software package.
