The online service developed by Sberbank on the basis of a probabilistic model of artificial intelligence and world medical data allows to estimate risk of a disease of a coronavirus and probability of easy course of a disease on symptoms and external factors. Questionnaires of this kind are in many countries of the world, including the USA and the European Union, but service of Sberbank issues results and the personalized recommendations about prevention taking into account age and behavior of the user at once. In two weeks the users left more than 11 thousand comments on the online test, 96% from them — positive. Respondents estimated usefulness of the test on a five-point scale for 4.3 points, simplicity — on 4.8 points
Submission of the test
On April 13, 2020 Sberbank announced Zdrav.Expert the offer to everyone free of charge to pass the Sber Covid-19symptom checker test allowing to estimate quantitatively the probability of a disease of a coronavirus and also probability of an easy course of disease.
In a basis algorithm statistics of manifestation of symptoms from open data WHO, known risk factors, social and demographic and physiological parameters was used – for Covid-19, flu, other SARS and allergic diseases.
The test is developed only in the information purposes and is not means of diagnosis of a disease. However it helps to draw literally for several seconds a conclusion on need of the address to the doctor or review of measures of prevention. The used mathematical models doobuchatsya every day at emergence of optional data.
The best specialists of Sberbank in the analysis of Big Data and researchers of artificial intelligence worked on development of the test 24 hours a day. They studied the most authoritative world researches in this sphere, collected statistics array, checked patterns and as a result made service which turned out deepest than analogs known to us. The test allows not only to determine the probability that the person got sick with COVID-19, but also creates the COVID index by which it is possible to predict ease of course of a disease, told Alexander Vedyakhin, the First Deputy Chairman of the board of Sberbank
