Sberbank: Service of online registration of legal entities and SP

Service of online registration of legal entities and SP excludes need of a corporal appearance of the client in credit institution for the purpose of confirmation of the personality and providing paper documents to them and is completely remote that reduces business registration terms.

2018: Announcement

On March 2, 2018 Sberbank announced start service online of registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs with remote opening of the account based on solutions of Scientific Research Institute Voskhod.

Registration requires the biometric foreign passport of generation (with a chip) issued not earlier than 2009 and phone with function NFC based on operating system Android.

Service of online registration of legal entities and SP (2018)

Federal state budgetary Institution Scientific Research Institute Voskhod developed a target component of service which allows to perform remote data validation of a chip of the foreign passport. In compliance international standards the data placed on a chip of the foreign passport should be signed with the electronic signature. The developed component allows to perform data validation of a chip of the foreign passport and electronic signature on behalf of the Russian Federation executed according to the Russian cryptographic algorithms and to confirm that the document is not counterfeited.

At the beginning of registration it will be required to confirm personal data in the Sberbank Online application and to specify all necessary parameters. Further, using the foreign passport and mobile application to receive the electronic signature for assurance of documents.

Service works in the pilot mode. To register SP through this service at this stage residents of the Kaluga, Tver and Tula regions will be able.
