The system of determination of swindlers on IP is developed by Sberbank. The technology allows to define the possible facts of fraud on the basis of a sheaf between the IP address and a geographical position of participants of transaction.

In 2019 Sberbank submitted the application for obtaining the patent for own technology of determination of swindlers for IP.
The system developed by bank creates clusters with a geoposition of the device from which transaction, and territorial accessory of the IP addresses appointed to the device is performed. After that the program analyzes "conscientiousness" of a linking of data.[1]
