Scala Personnel management

Scala HR is the integrated part of the common decision of Scala 5.1, is closely connected with another — "Payroll". "Personnel management" can be applied at the enterprises of different scale and a profile with number of staff from several tens to several thousand people. The main functionality of the module allows to automate all process of work with personnel — from data storage on applicants and acceptance of employees for work before their retirement or dismissal. Using the module it is possible to keep account of training and personnel development and also to optimize organizational and regular structure of the enterprise.

One of features of the module Scala HR — an opportunity for the customer to consider data on the enterprises partners, partners of personnel department. All data on medical institutions, insurance companies, the recruiting agencies, catering establishments and the history of relationship with them can be stored in a separate card file. It allows personnel department to analyze advantage of work with this or that enterprise, in a sense to plan the corresponding expenses.
