The Alexandrite IP PBX provides the organization of telephone services and video calls based on technology of package switching, legal basis of SIP/RTP/RTCP for commercial enterprises, public authorities, security agencies.
2019: Assignment of the status of the telecom equipment of the Russian origin
On April 30, 2019 Avtomatika concern reported that Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation gave the status telecommunication of the equipment Russian of origin (TORP) IP AUTOMATIC TELEPHONE EXCHANGE to the product Alexandrite. Thanks to it the solution can participate in projects of departmental structures, state organizations or companies with the state participation where increased requirements to telecommunication equipment.
According to the developer, the domestic solution Alexandrite IP PBX provides the organization of telephone services and video calls based on technology of package switching for commercial enterprises, public authorities and security agencies. The station is controlled via the web interface also 30 flexibly configured functions, such as readdressing, a call recording and other support. The Alexandrite IP PBX provides intellectual routing of connections on the basis of the defined conditions and compatibility with all types of exchange service stations – analog, digital and IP phones. The lack of not declared opportunities and high security of automatic telephone exchange from unauthorized removal of data are confirmed with the certificate of the Russian Defense Ministry.

2018: From Intel to Elbrusam
The St. Petersburg Scientific Research Institute Masshtab entering into Rostec released option of the digital automatic telephone exchange (ATE) Alexandrite on the Russian quad-core Elbrus-4C processors. The organization told CNews that in a basic equipment this automatic telephone exchange is equipped with chips of Intel, and its adaptation under Russian "iron" was performed at the request of military for whom complete import substitution in the equipment used by them[1] is relevant[2].
"Alexandrite" was provided in 2014, and about a theoretical opportunity to involve in it domestic microprocessors (including Baykala) developers, in particular, assured in March, 2015. The finished version on Elbrusakh was shown at the beginning of June, 2018 at the "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia" (DIIR) conference in the Tatarstan Innopolis.
"Alexandrite" presents itself hardware and software solution in the form of the server (in the version of summer of 2018 — "Elbrus 4.4") with the IP PBX though software can be on sale and separately. The station is controlled via the web interface and supports all basic functions: readdressing, conversation recording, etc. For negotiations not only IP phones, but also normal devices can be used.
2016: Simultaneous support up to 250 calls
For preserving of succession support of connection of digital and analog telephone sets is provided in the Alexandrite IP PBX. As of January, 2016 the IP PBX can support at the same time up to 250 calls, keep a call recording and also has expanded functions of journalizing of events.
"Alexandrite" has certificates Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications Russia and certificates Russian Defense Ministry (information processing to a signature stamp "confidentially" inclusive).

"Scale" brings to the Alexandrite market
On March 25, 2015 the Masshtab company announced the beginning of deliveries of the entrusted IP PBX "Alexandrite" to civil consumers[3].
A system is created on foreign microprocessors. In plans of developers for 2016 transition of automatic telephone exchange to the processor of domestic production is planned.
According to Pavel Smirnov, the CEO of Scale, the company interacts with all Russian developers and is ready to create the equipment on any worthy mass domestic chip: "It can be both Baikal, and Elbrus, and other Russian processor with modern characteristics if such appears".
"Alexandrite" conforms to requirements for the 4th class of protection of computing systems against unauthorized access (NSD) and the 3rd level of control of not declared opportunities (NDV).
In a basic complete set (only software) the automatic telephone exchange Alexandrite is offered at the price from 275 thousand rubles.
The server in the minimum configuration adds to cost about 150 thousand rubles.
