2018: Announcement

On August 23, 2018 the Scientific Research Institute Masshtab company provided the UBTC (the unified backbone telecommunication complex) complex representing the model of secure system of communication which includes the Helios virtualization platform and the network services and services allowing to transfer information with a signature stamp to "top secret" inclusive, a workplace of the network administrator and official deployed in it.

According to information provided by the developer, a system is constructed on the universal STU (Server Telecommunication Universal) of Development of Scientific Research Institute Masshtab servers which correspond to group of execution 1.3. Servers are intended for the solution different telecommunication and IT tasks, including for ensuring defense of perimeter of network using the firewall Cronus, for the organization of a system of the protected video conferencing of IVA AVES-S, the IP telephony, deployment of the server of e-mail, a network management system. STU has two options of execution: based on the MBE2S-PC motherboard of domestic production developed by MCST company and based on the X11SSM-F motherboard of Supermicro company.

Diagnostics and network management is made from a workplace of the administrator (Automated workplace ABBYY). Jobs are executed on group of execution 1.1. and 1.3, allow to exercise control of network activity, integrity of subjects to protection, audit of users, differentiation of access rights, registration and accounting of events.

For August, 2018, the USTK mobile complex represents the communication system with a possibility of installation in a shelter. Enter a complex: the firewall with functions of an intrusion detection system of Cronus agrarian and industrial Complex, a CIPF, a subscribers line circuit and IP phone. USTK provides users with necessary services for information transfer in any format the protected circuit, including participation in video conferencing sessions, the developer noted.
