School buses

The typified solution for control of school transport and increases in safety of pupils. Widespread introduction of the solution "School Buses" will allow to solve a problem of decrease in number of accidents, relevant for the majority of Russian regions, in which children suffer.

The solution "School Buses" allows to organize multilevel operating control behind school transport from school, structures of the Ministry of Education and local authorities. So, the dispatching center of school in real time obtains complete data about each bus servicing school. In the regional dispatching Ministries of Education information on transport of all subordinated schools, and comes to city and regional dispatching offices — about the buses which are in a zone of their responsibility. It allows to control timeliness and correctness of reactions of the manager to emergence of emergency situations, if necessary to connect services of reaction and also to make the objective information about each school bus available at all levels of management — up to the head of local administration and the Minister of Education of the region.

The solution "School Buses" contains a complete arsenal of tools for control of school transport, and use of special versions of the client software "AT-Nablyudatel" allowed to integrate all functions and to simplify work with a system. So, the subsystem of planning allows to develop directly on electronic cards routes and to assign to them school transport. For each route the binding to schools and the vehicles (V) and also nodal points, the sequence of their passing and the schedule are set. Besides, it is possible to define additional restrictions, for example, the admissible motion speed and zones of the permitted location of the CU. A system controls work of school buses in real time: automatically traces and displays their location and movements on digital maps, reveals deviations from the schedule, an exit of the CU for borders of the permitted area, speeding and any other violation of the set restrictions — and immediately informs the manager.

Constant automatic control of restrictions significantly increases security of trips of pupils. At the same time an obligatory element of the solution "School Buses" the "disturbing button" which is instantly transferring to the manager information on danger shows. Regular systems capabilities can be expanded over a wide range, for example, due to installation of additional technical means for reserved listening of salon or communication with the driver. Besides, the solution "School Buses" can be integrated with other development of RNT — the Safe Driving system. It allows to control objectively individual style of driving, to obtain the additional information about potentially dangerous situations, for example, about sharp slowing down and evolution, high-speed passing of turns, etc.

Especially for the School Buses system the complete set of reports allowing to carry out retrospective job analysis of transport on different cuts was developed (for example, along a certain route, the vehicle, etc.). The magazine of objective data of monitoring can be used also for improvement of an organizational management system for transport, and in the system of motivation of drivers, and when conducting investigations.
