2023: Compatibility with the Luntry solution

Selectel on November 14, 2023 announced a partnership with Luntry. As part of the collaboration, the companies confirmed the compatibility of the Selectel Managed Kubernetes product with the Luntry solution. The software is available for installation as additional protection for Kubernetes clusters hosted on the Selectel infrastructure.

To use the solution, Managed Kubernetes customers from Selectel will need to install and activate a license that can be purchased on the Luntry website. The solution will allow the provider's customers to fully manage the security of container environments: in real time, receive up-to-date information about threats in containers and components, track the causes of failures and abnormal activity, and ensure a high level of security as part of a fast development cycle. First of all, additional protection of container environments is relevant for large businesses.

Many companies from the Enterprise segment are developing projects immediately based on the microservice architecture, the standard of which has already become Kubernetes. At the same time, large customers are most demanding on information security. Due to the complex interaction of Kubernetes with other applications and services, securing container environments is a rather multifaceted process. And in this regard, cooperation with Luntry is an important step for the further development of our services, - commented Dmitry Isaev, product manager of Managed Kubernetes, Selectel.
