Senesys

The network system of access control and time recording of Senesys (ACS), is intended for automation of access control on the protected object and a personnel time recording using technologies of identification of the person for biometric sign (fingerprint), proksimiti-cards, a personal PIN code.

Irrespective of the number of employees and the size of the Senesys ACS enterprise allows to organize access to the territory of the protected object and to its premises (a director's office, warehouse, server rooms, etc.).

In addition to problem solving of access control, Senesys carries out a time recording of employees that leads to increase in labor discipline and motivation of personnel. Senesys implementation considerably simplifies work of the enterprise, having saved personnel from routine data collection, drawing up reports, data of information in one Data Base.

Control and access control

The first of basic functions of the Senesys ACS is aimed at security, both certain premises, and all building.

A system manages doors, tourniquets, barriers. After identification of the person on a fingerprint, the proksimiti-card or the PIN code a System permits access only to the registered employees and denies access to the foreign and unregistered persons.

In attempt of unauthorized access a System gives an alarm. Complex identification of users, an automatic output to the screen of messages about violations of an order, work in a standalone mode gives confidence that an object is in security.

All employees have access to the territory of the enterprise, but there are premises (an office of administration, archives with documentation, warehouses), access to which is got only by the elected users having certain powers in a System. In attempt of unauthorized access of the Senesys ACS will quickly notify protection.

The Senesys ACS is network, but in case of loss of communication between the server and access points there is an automatic transition to a standalone mode of work. In the Data Base of an internal memory of the Terminal can about 1400 records of a sotrudnikova and prior to 3500 events are stored. System operation in a standalone mode is carried out without loss of information in Event log.

Operational data exchange between the central office and remote branches is necessary for the enterprises with branched structure. "The manager of replications" the Senesys ACS allows the central office to obtain the complete objective information about work of territorially remote branches.

The ability to integrate with the Control system of journey of motor transport with recognition of numbers and appearance of the Senesys-Avto car gives additional opportunities for traffic control of transport and personnel for the Senesys ACS: restriction of journey of others cars for a corporate parking, accounting of all transport which is coming around on the parking, fixing of time of arrival and departure of specific employees.

Time recording of employees

The Senesys ACS automatically fixes events of arrival and leaving, real time of finding of employees in a workplace. A system considers delay and processings, according to a production calendar, the schedule and the individual working schedule of each employee and/or department. All information comes to uniform Event log according to which all necessary reports form (including, and in T-13 form "The sheet of a time recording").

In the program there is a function of "electronic filing" for a personal data storage of each employee of the company. It is easy to fill up, edit and delete information.

Senesys v1.0

The new version of software of Senesys is developed in cooperation with the hi-tech company in nanotechnologies of NT-MDT which formulated new product requirements. Creation of tools for effective solution of problems of business process automation of the advanced companies is one of the main activities of ELVIS group.

In May, 2008 at two offices NT-MDT the Senesys ACS using "The manager of replications" – the module intended for synchronization and exchange of information in several databases (D) that is necessary for the enterprises with branched structure was installed.

According to technical specifications of the Customer in the application of the Time recording the Program of automatic unloading of reports Senesys v1.0 which makes information transfer from a DB on attendance of employees was created and will automatically transform it to the file of the xls format, when sending by e-mail or xml when sending for http.

Expanded individual preferences of the application allow to receive itemized statements. The application is started manually or the scheduler in due time according to settings.

Such opportunities are demanded by the companies with branched filial structure. Now statistics of attendance of staff of branches regardless of their location in the automatic mode can be transferred to the central office in electronic form.
