2026: Fingerprint Scoring Implementation

Servicepipe has introduced fingerprint scoring technology into the Cybert platform. It allows you to detect automated traffic from digital fingerprints of devices and browsers and increases the effectiveness of protection against advanced bots that mimic the behavior of legitimate users. The company announced this on February 5, 2026.

Cybert is a platform for protecting web resources from DDoS attacks and advanced bots at the application level.

Previously, the specialized laboratory Servicepipe investigated the possibilities of using fingerprint signals in multi-level protection against bots. During the work, the team analyzed how client and server features complement each other, and confirmed that the analysis of the user's technical environment allows you to more accurately identify suspicious sessions. As a result of the study, Cybert introduced the most informative combinations of features and improved the mechanism for assessing trust in user actions.

Automation tools are rapidly evolving and increasingly mimicking human behavior. Therefore, we are strengthening Cybert with a scoring model based on stable fingerprint signals, "said Sergey Andrienko, head of web application protection at Servicepipe. - This is not a replacement for multifactorial traffic analysis, but its amplification: we more precisely distinguish a real user from carefully disguised automation.

2025: Presentation of PAC Cybert

On March 11, 2025, Servicepipe introduced the software and hardware complex (PAC) to the market for detecting and high-precision blocking of DDoS and fulstec bots at the L7 level.

PAC Cybert is the next generation on-premium solution, a valid Cybert product. The product was launched more than four years ago and as of March 2025 successfully operates in the loop of 20 companies according to a hybrid scheme - with the local installation ON of Cybert on servers NGINX customers and the receipt of current signatures from clouds Servicepipe. This connection option allows you to filter traffic locally without disclosing certificates/, SSLTLS meets the requirements of sensitive processing, data including standards PCI DSS and GOST R 57580.1-2017.

PACs are interconnected components that communicate within the company's network loop: Cybert software, a decision center (cresp) and a control interface (GUI). To improve fault tolerance, the nodes of the solution are combined into a cluster. As of March 2025, the Cybert PAC is already being tested in two credit institutions.

Until 2022, most banks used boxed solutions of foreigners to protect against bot attacks, there was no Russian alternative. Such products are especially in demand among organizations with an internal Zero Trust concept. - commented Sergey Andrienko, Head of Web Application Protection at Servicepipe. - In the development of our products, we always adhere to build-to-suit campaigns. And we are ready to accept applications for the pilot of the new PAC Cybert from players from different business segments.
