The solution provides high performance and fault tolerance, combining this with the ease of centralized management.
2025: Version 6.3 and 5.10 compatibility with Aquarius servers
Sharks Datacenter (SharxDC) and Aquarius, December 12, 2025 announced the successful completion of tests and confirmation of the full compatibility of Aquarius server equipment with the SharxBase hyperconverged computing platform versions 6.3 and 5.10.
Comprehensive testing was conducted on Aquarius AQserv T50 D110AC servers (based on 3rd generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors) and Aquarius AQ-N6000 and AQ-N3000 switches.
Testing covered a wide range of operational scenarios, including:
- Deploy and configure: Install ON SharxDCs, integration nodes in a cluster, configure BIOS and remotely manage via IPMI
- Create a cluster - Deploy a failover virtualization cluster with high availability mode (HA) validation
- working with virtual machines: creating, migrating, dynamically changing resources (vCPU, RAM, disks) and working with snapshots of virtual machines;
- Security: Correct integration with enterprise directory services.
The test results confirmed the readiness of the integrated hyperconverged AQ-SharxDC solution for industrial operation. This allows Russian customers - from government organizations to large corporations and business environments of any complexity - to create a powerful, completely independent IT infrastructure from foreign suppliers for deploying cloud services, virtual desktops, database management systems and other resource-intensive applications.
The applications of the AQ-SharxDC appliance include:
- building an infrastructure to accommodate state information systems of any complexity and reliability requirements, including in full compliance with information security requirements for critical information infrastructure (CII);
- Building Data Centers - Creating a private cloud for industry, telecommunications, education, and healthcare;
- creating a public cloud.
| The compatibility of SharxDC hyperconvergence solutions with Aquarius equipment is a combination of technologies that meets the market's need for integrated systems. These software and hardware solutions are necessary for use in a wide variety of market sectors - we offer them to both commercial customers and subjects of critical information infrastructure. This technological cooperation allows our customers to switch to domestic software and hardware, reducing possible risks when introducing new solutions into the existing infrastructure. said Daria Markova, Director of Technology Alliances and Ecosystem Solutions at Aquarius.
