SibEDGE Automation system of meat production

On August 1, 2018 the Tomsk company SibEDGE announced work on the software which will help to automate distribution of orders on meat-processing plants, and to customers — to receive fresh meat goods in one click.

Our purpose it is not simple to start software on the new equipment, and to create "from scratch" the web focused centralized system which would work with all park of devices in the company — Oleg Aleutdinov, the project manager told. — A system is closely integrated with the ERP system of the enterprise. We upgrade its interface which becomes convenient and intuitive that should affect positively the speed of work of the operator and reduce quantity of the mistakes made in the course of work".

The project manager noted that the software package is divided into two parts: for work with clients and for production. The interface for work with clients will allow restaurants, shops and other customers to make out quickly requests for meat products necessary for them. The operator will be able to send the order for production to one click, to order the necessary number of a container and to print labels.

The second software interface is intended for work on production: it will be directly connected with scales and labels on meat products, in each workshop for control of process by employees the touch terminal will be installed. By means of this software the management will be able to trace all way of products: from the order before packaging.

As of August 1, software is at a development stage, in the coming months will be start of the pilot version is planned.
