Sibedge: Corporate virtual assistant

"The corporate virtual assistant" is called to unload personnel. As envisioned by developers, he will allow the staff of the large companies to receive answers to the organizational and working issues interesting them, setting them to the chat-bot working at a basis of neural network.

2019: Beginning of work on the Corporate Virtual Assistant project

On June 21, 2019 the Sibedge company announced the beginning of work within the National Technology Initiative (NTI) on the Corporate Virtual Assistant project.

The virtual assistant is easily connected to platforms Telegram WhatsApp Slack, Bitrix and others that makes him available and clear in use. Also he is capable to work together with cloud services Google Drive, Dropbox Confluence and to automatically analyze corporate documentation.

Recently machine learning became one of the most promptly developing technologies. Sibedge has rather high examination in this direction. In the course of work on the project our developers applied the experience in processing and a natural language understanding (NLP/NLU). To ask a question to the virtual assistant, the user should not use special commands or to follow strict rules. He understands simple informal conversation — Nikita Timoshenkov, the project manager told.

Process of adaptation of workers in a new workplace is supposed that a system will allow to unload the personnel responsible for training of employees, to simplify and to accelerate information search in base of corporate documentation. The assistant constantly studies and self-improves. For June, 2019 the team of 5 specialists including analysts and Python-developer works on the project.

The first working version of the virtual assistant is going to be released at the end of 2019. Then active testing of the platform in actual practice will begin.
