Sensors of temperature monitoring ExT are created by technical specialists of the SIBUR together with the Russian company "M-Plata" and intended for temperature monitoring of units in severe climatic conditions at the enterprises of a petrochemical segment.
2020: Characteristics and features
For April, 2020 EXT sensors can take equipment temperature in the range from-55 of +125 C0. Indications temperatures taken by the portable sensor of a different form are transferred under the LoRaWAN protocol. The special version of the sensor of temperature monitoring and vibration which is already developed and tested by the SIBUR will be used to control of hotter units and it will begin to be used in 2020.
The high share of domestic component parts allowed to save its small cost, despite crisis and growth of a dual currency basket.
2019: Representation of the EXT sensor
The EXT sensor was announced in October, 2019 during the visit Dmitry of Medvedev in the corporate center of the SIBUR. Then, to check operation of the sensor, it was heated, and a system reacted with a characteristic signal.
