2019: Start of the product Simba line

On September 25, 2019 the RAMAKS group (RAMAX Group) announced start of a product line of Simba within the special press conference. The product line complements Process Mining technology with means for simulation of results of introduction of organizational changes. The Simba is a next step on the way to creation of the Digital double of the organization (engl. Digital Twin of Organization, DTO). Using SIMBA any business company or the state organization will be able not just to look for ways of optimization of the isolated business processes, and to consider them as a single system that it will allow to increase profitability of business.

From the polled respondents of Forrester in 2019 93% of the companies noted that they began or continue to implement projects on digital transformation. At the same time up to 85% of projects ended with failure or were compulsorily complete. How to change this statistics? According to the conclusion of Gartner, "use of DTO will allow to turn 70% of unsuccessful projects on digital transformation into 70% which are successfully implemented". The digital double of the organization provides an operational model of a company performance, simulation of reaction to changes of an external business environment or internal processes of the company. It allows to reduce time and costs for implementation of the organizational changes and risks connected with transformation are excluded by need of experiments.

Implementation of SIMBA is recommended to the companies (regardless of a field of activity – finance petrogas, the industry retail transport , etc.) which already implement Process Mining also actively are engaged in increase in efficiency and transparency of business processes.
