Support for multiple authorization providers and compact agent interface mode

SimpleOne released version 1.28 of the platform's low-code/no-code of the same name. The main changes were advanced authorization capabilities with support for multiple SSO providers, a compact view of forms and lists, customizable numeric delimiters to improve user experience. SimpleOne announced this on July 23, 2025.

In the updated version of SimpleOne, users can choose the preferred method using authorizations basic authentication or external (third-party) authorization providers that support OpenID Connect. To do this, the developers included a widget for the authorization page in the delivery, which allows you to select the preferred method of logging in from those configured in the system and authorize the user. The authorization mechanism itself has been significantly redesigned and has become safer. Administrators can configure password policies and limit the number of authorization attempts. Additionally, the platform has a new server API SimpleSystem class with verification of administrative user rights, which increases the overall level of system security.

For fields containing numeric values, it became possible to use bit delimiters and set the display of bits for each language individually. In this version, users are offered an optional compact agent interface display mode that applies to forms and lists.

In the platform service component, the system automatically identifies the employee in the Applicant field who creates the case. When handling cases, you can use not only the attributes of the "user" entity, but also the attributes of the "employee" entity, for example, such as "VIP," which allows you to prioritize and personalize service.

SimpleOne on July 16, 2025 presented one-to-one consultations for partners and customers. This approach will allow specialists to effectively master the tools of the system in a convenient rhythm, with personal support from the mentor and without reference to the schedule of group courses.

This format solves the problem of specialists who cannot participate in group flows due to a tight work schedule or the need to study the material at their pace. Participants will receive personal support for the mentor through Telegram, verification of practical tasks and detailed feedback. In addition, daily audio/video consultations will be available to specialists.
