2025: Simple Application 2.0.0 with Tools for Creating Multilingual Ads
SimpleOne released an updated version of Simple Application 2.0.0 on December 5, 2025, which contains tools for implementing the ESM (Enterprise Service Management) model. The update includes a widget for displaying service specifications in the self-service portal, as well as tools for creating multilingual ads and automatic localization.
This functionality of the application helps organizations with international departments to automate mass communications. The platform allows you to localize ads and publish them on the portal, or send them by e-mail to each user, taking into account the language settings of his system. Using templates simplifies the process of preparing messages, and the ability to attach attachments makes ads more informative.
The update is useful for large companies that regularly carry out technical work or plan mass changes for a large (multi) language audience. To send out individual ads in different languages, the system administrator can create an ad template with translations into the desired languages. Next, you need to check the event parameters and start the newsletter. All recipients will automatically receive a notification in their language, and the ads will be decorated in the same corporate style.
| In international companies, administrators often have to prepare several versions of the same announcement for different countries and languages. It takes a long time and complicates mass communications. In the updated version of the application, we have made tools that help automate this work and simplify the publication of announcements and sending relevant messages to users from different regions, "said Ilya Radchenko, Director of Platform Products at SimpleOne. |
Additionally, users of the self-service portal on the SimpleOne platform have quick access to detailed information about the requested service from the directory. To do this, the External Specification portal widget was added to the request forms, which gives access to the specification of the requested services.
