The government decree of Moscow of February 17, 2015 No. 62-PP approves the Provision "About the State Information System of the City of Moscow " Single System of Meetings "".
The GIS "Meeting" represents the state information system of the city of Moscow which comprises information and program technical means providing information and technology interaction of participants of information exchange and is intended for process automation of planning, preparation of meetings (item 2):
- Meetings of the Government of Moscow, Presidium of the Government of Moscow;
- Meetings of the advisory, advisory and other operating parts created at the Mayor of Moscow, the Government of Moscow, industry, functional, territorial authorities of executive power of the city of Moscow, the Office of the Mayor and the Government of Moscow;
- Meetings under the chairmanship of or with participation of the Mayor of Moscow, other officials of executive power of the city of Moscow.
Functions of the GIS "Meeting" are (item 5):
- Storage and information processing about meetings of the Government of Moscow, including the agenda of the meetings and materials provided on meetings of the Government of Moscow;
- Storage and information processing about meetings under the chairmanship of or with participation of the Mayor of Moscow, other officials of executive power of the city of Moscow, including about meetings on operational issues at the Mayor of Moscow;
- Storage and information processing about meetings of the advisory, advisory and other operating parts created at the Mayor of Moscow, the Government of Moscow, other executive authorities of the city of Moscow and the Office of the Mayor and the Government of Moscow.
- Providing online access of users of a system to the agenda and materials of meetings.
- The notification of participants of meetings and also in case of need other interested persons about holding a meeting and the questions considered on it.
