2025: Introduction of AI Assistant for Personal Task Management

Against the background of growing interest in tools that save time and reduce the amount of routine load, the SingularityApp scheduler has implemented a full-fledged AI assistant. According to the developers, this will reduce the routine load by 30-50% when working with tasks, projects and calendar.

The segment of smart planners demonstrates growth in the face of rethinking the role of neural networks in everyday work. Instead of universal chat-GPT, users are increasingly looking for solutions with a narrow specialization. In this context, the release of the AI assistant from SingularityApp can be seen as a transition from experimental use of neural networks to system personalized use.

The AI assistant is integrated into the service logic itself. This allows him to work directly with user tasks, deadlines, experience and templates. The tool processes user data and relies on it to form answers and recommendations, and not just acts as a chat bot based on a neural network. In addition, among the interesting solutions is the ability to build schedules taking into account already planned events and eliminate gaps in time slots.

A feature of the solution is that users can choose their own provider of artificial intelligence. Both international (OpenAI, Anthropic) and Russian solutions are supported - GigaChat from Sberbank, YandexGPT and Ollama. This allows you to adapt the use of AI to technical and financial requests.

It was important for us that users could connect not only foreign providers with a big name, but also rapidly developing models of Russian neural networks. Therefore, we made it possible to connect Sber GigaChat and Yandex GPT. They can be connected in the PC version of our application (Windows, Linux, MacOS), - said the product director, Mamontova Ekaterina.

The AI assistant works in two main scenarios. The first is Ask mode: the user interacts with the assistant in the format of a dialogue, asks questions about projects, gets help with generating ideas and optimizing the schedule. The second is the Agent mode: the system analyzes tasks, offers their structuring, calculates workload, finds gaps in the schedule and forms a plan for a day or week.

For December 2025, the service is aimed primarily at personal work within one account. However, you can also work in groups of up to 10 people. In 2026, SingularityApp plans to focus on developing opportunities specifically for teamwork.
