On April 2, 2013 specialists of Edgestile company presented own CRM system – a customer relationship management system. The beta-version is available to work.
CRM SiteEdit belongs to the class of the client-server software. It means that the program (client) works with data which are in the Internet (on the server). At the same time the client software program is installed on the computer device of the user as the application for Windows OS. Together the client and the server obespchivat the platform for work of the CRM components.
CRM SiteEdit consists of two components: "Contacts" and Orders. The Contacts component is intended for customer information management. And Orders – for order management of clients. Together these components represent simple, elementary logical system of preserving, editing and synchronization of customer information and the history of relationship with them. CRM SiteEdit is capable to improve service of your clients!

Updates
Among updates:
- changes in the interface of orders,
- adding of blocking of the paid order,
- payment details of the company,
- design subjects,
- arithmetic transactions over variables and aggregate functions (calculation of the amount, quantity and so forth)
In the program appeared paid ("connect") and trial ("try") the modes for Dokumenty service. In the trial mode service is connected free of charge with restriction on generation of documents to 3 units a day.
The paid mode has no restrictions, the cost of 250 rub a month. Besides, in CRM SiteEdit the official technical support appeared.
