The system developed by Sitronics Group for digitizing documents has been entered into the register of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation. The developer announced this on January 27, 2025.

The system recognizes 99% of document characters and automates the entry of scanned data into the necessary forms and databases for processing, thereby replacing the manual work of the operator receiving this data.

The system for digitization and scanning is an analytical software complex for processing and recognizing information contained in the filled fields of civil documents of the established sample. It automatically converts typewritten text read from the pages of the document and saves them to a document. The computer program is an integral part of the hardware and software complex and is supplied in conjunction with a terminal - a document scanner.

The system automates the entry of these documents into the information databases of organizations, taking up to 0.3 seconds to recognize characters and characters - this speeds up the client service process by three times.

The solution significantly improves the efficiency and speed of document processing. Instead of manual input or multi-step processing, the digital scanner performs all these tasks automatically. High recognition accuracy reduces the risk of human error associated with manual input and processing of large amounts of data. The complex consists of a terminal for scanning and reading documents and specially written software for data recognition. The technology recognizes typewritten text, "reads" data from the microcircuit if it is present in the document - photo, fingerprints, electronic signature of the form. The smart scanner recognizes the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, passport, SNILS, compulsory medical insurance policy of the last sample.
