2023: Registration in Rospatent

Sitronics Electro (part of Sitronics Group) has registered two developments in Rospatent based on its own software - the ESS management platform and a mobile application. Sitronics Group announced this on April 26, 2023.

Previously, the Sitronics Electro charging station control system was based on partner software, but as the network developed and functionality expanded, the operator completely switched to its system, including an ESS control platform and a mobile application for drivers.

The platform provides interaction of charging stations with the server part, receipt and processing of payments, collection of statistics on charging and much more. The mobile app helps electric car drivers find charging stations and control the charging process.

We have increased our strong expertise in the OCPP protocol, developed a number of special functions, for example, automatic connector selection for users of our network. 2022: Ability to see power, number of connectors and current status without additional pressing

Sitronics Electro (part of Sitronics Group) helps electric vehicle drivers find suitable charging stations and control the charging process. In the updated version of the application, the interface has become more modern and intuitive for users. The key change is the visual of the charging station icons on the map: now, without additional pressing, the user can see the power, the number of connectors and the current status.

Also in the application, connector cards have been changed: now they include only the most important thing - the name of the connectors, power, status and cost of charging. In addition, a detailed history of charging sessions has been added, filters for selecting ESCs have been updated and the logic for entering the application has been simplified - you can register immediately before starting charging. The speed of processing commands in the application has increased 5 times, for example, user registration will also be performed 5 times faster than before.

Our main goal is to take care of users, which is why we put great efforts into our digital services. The main one is a mobile application, since it is with its help that drivers interact with Sitronics Electro. Therefore, we are constantly working to ensure that this point of contact is as convenient as possible for people.
