2025: Support for IoT Devices
Sitronics Group has expanded the platform's functionality to build private pLTE networks. The company announced this on February 5, 2025.
Enhanced core functionality improves the efficiency of communication across all levels of enterprise-embedded digital platforms and supports IoT devices.
After software product updates, the bandwidth in the secure perimeter can now be up to 10 Gbps per cluster, which is 10 times higher than the average broadband connection speed. Such results were achieved within the framework of the project at the enterprise of the Russian mining and metallurgical holding, where, using the technologies of the Sitronics Group IT company, a system of critical telecommunications was created, including voice and video communication - both personal and group. The upstream/downstream data rate was more than 100 Mb/s and the latency was no more than 20 ms.
The Sitronics Group solution allows you to connect up to 10 thousand subscribers, including Internet of Things (IoT) devices. Also, the developers built in algorithms for detecting DDoS attacks and traffic anomalies in real time, which multiples the level of information security.
Expanding the functionality of the pLTE core is one of the strategic tasks in the face of growing requirements for communication networks and improving the telecommunications market. This concerns increased bandwidth for data transmission, reduced delays, increased security. In addition, networks must easily scale and be compatible with new standards and technologies. Therefore, by the end of 2025, our plans to complete the refinement of the solution to fully comply with the requirements for fifth-generation networks with support for the VoNR function - the 5G communication standard, which provides high quality voice communication - said Aleksei Morozov, vice president of technology at Sitronics Group. |
He also noted that in the future, thanks to the Sitronics Private Mobile Core switching platform, it will be possible to organize the collection of telemetry from smart sensors and APCS controllers. The Sitronics Private Mobile Core platform fully complies with the requirements of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation and has already been entered into the register of Russian software, which avoids dependence on foreign vendors.

Sitronics Group has developed and entered into the register of Russian software a software product for deploying Private LTE wireless private networks. Sitronics announced this on December 25, 2023.
After leaving the Russian market of key manufacturers of solutions for organizing private wireless networks of enterprises, the company decided to create its own Russian ecosystem of services based on LTE standards.
The first solution developed was the core of the private mobile network Sitronics Private Mobile Core. Its own software product allows you to replace foreign solutions. Sitronics Private Mobile Core software was registered in Rospatent and entered into the Unified Register of Russian Programs. Sitronics Group's experience in implementing and supporting solutions for telecom operators and large corporate clients was used in the development.
The solution is necessary for building Private LTE wireless corporate networks for Russian large enterprises. We see interest in implementation from customers from the mining industry, logistics and fuel and energy companies. We have experience in deploying Private LTE networks and implementing various solutions based on them, for example, positioning and monitoring equipment in mines of mining enterprises.
