2020: Start of "Sk of the Pro" - platforms for employment in the innovative companies

On November 23, 2020 the Skolkovo Foundation announced start of the platform for employment in the innovative companies. Within the Sk of the Pro project it is going to create the largest professional ecosystem in all regions of Russia.

The platform is created to help the participants and partners Skolkovo involved in creation and support of innovations in Russia, to find qualified specialists, and to all professionals of the case – perspective work.

Skolkovo submitted the Sk of the Pro platform for employment in the innovative companies

After registration on the platform of the company can publish an unlimited number of vacancies, work with responses in a personal account, look for employees on the set vacancies, and applicants – to create professional summaries and to look for work.

According to the Sk of the Pro project manager Maria Abramova, formation of the card of competences and skills and also comparison to professions, including to future professions became distinctive features of service. Search and establishment of communications are conducted on a key word in data bulk about specialists. It allows to create profiles with a broad set of competences and skills, without becoming attached to a specific profession, and employers to look for specialists under non-standard requests and requirements to a vacancy, she explained.

For example, the specialist who is perfectly understanding sequencing of a genome and at the same time the code able to write on Python is necessary. It will be easier to find in our base of such specialist as he will specify in the profile not only those skills which correspond the bioinformation scientist's professions, but also additional skills or a hobby – programming on Python. Respectively, job search for such specialist will take less time as its questionnaire will be shown much more often and under different requests of employers — Maria Abramova told.[1]
