The Smiles.Shkolnaya card project is focused on parents to make learning process more controlled and managed C their parties.

System modules

Module Input and output

A system (the software + tourniquets) for security at school. ID cards by which they enter are free of charge issued to pupils and the staff of educational institution and appear school via turnstile systems. It allows to limit unauthorized access on the territory of school of strangers. Time of arrival/leaving is fixed in a system and goes to the school student's parents to the mobile phone in the form of the SMS message if parents ordered service "SMS informing".

The module "Input and output" is responsible for security of school that it is implemented due to installation of the barriers and tourniquets equipped with the anti-panic system which allows to clear instantly in emergency the way. The input through the system of tourniquets is performed according to the personal card.

Service "SMS informing" - sending SMS messages for the parent's phone with information of an input and output of the child in school.

Addition to this module is the module Video school - installation of video surveillance systems in the territory.

Electronic journal and Electronic diary

The software for communications between teachers, pupils, parents. The teacher on the computer puts down marks, notes, enters homework to the electronic journal directly at a lesson – data are instantly displayed in the electronic diary of the school student (The Personal account of the parent). Here, in the Personal account, the schedule of school, the given all teachers and administrations, news and the declaration of a class and school is available, to leave the message to the teacher or the class teacher.

The module "Electronic Journal / Diary" allows to optimize educational process and to adjust effective communications between the staff of school and parents of pupils. A perfect analogy of the paper magazine for teachers and the paper diary for children/parents.

Service "SMS informing" - sending SMS messages for the parent's phone with information on the estimates received during school day.

School power supply

A system (the software + the equipment) for cashless payment of a power supply in school cafeteria and products in buffet. Parents deposit a certain amount of money to the personal account of the child linked to his personal card. The school student by means of the card pays a power supply in school cafeteria and buffet.

"A school power supply" - a software package for transfer of a school power supply to non-cash payment and automation of accounting of a power supply in school buffets and dining rooms. In its structure the modules "Electronic Buffet" and "Hot meals". The program is created within the national Education project.

Functionality of the module

The order forms on touch before cash desk. For identification and payment the electronic card of the pupil is used. The cash employee needs to issue only to the child his order - the speed of receiving food by the school student, according to developers, increases twice.

Advantages

• Expired products. When entering into the system of products date of their production and an expiration date after which a system blocks sales opportunity is specified and makes their write-off.

• Inappropriate use of means by children. Use of the module "School Power Supply" from "Smiles. The school card" helps not to spend funds of the pupil for chewing gum, cigarettes or alcohol. Money for a power supply is deposited via the Internet or payment terminals to the personal account linked to the electronic card of your child. It is impossible to pay off with such card somewhere, except school cafeteria. Parents can control calculations of the child in school buffet.

• Unprofitability of school cafeterias. The module "School Power Supply" implements the system of non-cash payment by means of electronic cards of school students that removes expenses on collection of cash, work of the cashier. It promotes growth of sales volume as when using the module it is impossible to spend the money given to children any more anywhere, except school cafeteria. Thanks to the module "Hot meals" helping parents - to make the preorder for the child irrational use of resources (not eaten lunches or the gone products) is almost excluded. The advance payment arriving from parents increases the volume of current assets for the supplier or plant of a power supply.

"Digital library"

• The software allowing to keep account of books, cards of pupils, necessary documentation in the computer in electronic form. Significantly simplifies work of the librarian.

"Electronic medical office"

• Translation software of paper work of the medic of school in an electronic format. The program allows to simplify process of accounting of medicines, the order of drugs and vaccines, maintaining passports of health of pupils, inoculative sheets, issues of references and creation of different reports.

School student application

The School student application is the free application for pupils which performs functions of the electronic diary and also online serves as the platform for communication of schoolmates, exchange of school news and training materials.
