The Bia Technologies company released at the beginning of 2013 the new version of the software product for a time recording of employees - SoftTime 8.
Primary branches of a system: Production, Office buildings, Horeca, Trade, Retail.
For ensuring high-quality work of the enterprise, heads need full control of working time of employees. The software of SoftTime 8 is developed especially for these purposes. This program allows to fix such moments:
- losses of working time;
- early leaving from a workplace;
- break or smoke breaks;
- long leaving on a lunch break.
- control of finding of the employee in a workplace
The software belongs to a biometric system of accounting of working time. Inditsirovaniye of workers occurs on scanning of fingerprints. As, fingerprints cannot be forged, the probability of inexact recognition of the person disappears. Also, thus, there is impossible marking of departure of the employee by other person as, for example, it happens in the system of cards of access and a pin - codes. Also, fingerprints can be made a gating system, having limited, for example, an input of workers to some premises of the enterprise.
The SoftTime 8 program absolutely adequately works with the systems of program 1C 8. For report generation, the program does not need the special systems, such as Excel, Word, etc. Thanks to the regulated T-13 form, there is possible a data acquisition on a worked time of the employee, department, the whole company, using clicking one key. Thirteen reports which are contained in the program:
- the regulated T-13 form;
- birthdays of workers;
- report of arrivals of workers;
- report of goings of workers;
- absent workers;
- delay of workers;
- sheet of working time;
- Autogoings of workers;
- magazine of working time;
- analysis of the event log;
- schedule of working shifts of employees;
