2024: Start of production
September 4, 2024 it became known about the launch of the production of tourist and intercity buses in. Vladivostok The company-owned plant will Sollers now produce a new generation of buses, including models for the tourism industry. The opening ceremony took place with the participation of the First Deputy Prime Minister. Denis Manturov
According to the official Telegram channel of the Russian Government, the production of these buses is an important step in solving the problem set by the president earlier. In particular, we are talking about the need to provide the tourism industry with vehicles of the corresponding class and include these buses in the preferential leasing program until October 1, 2024. This will create additional incentives for tour operators and carriers, which, in turn, should have a positive effect on the development of domestic tourism.
Production was organized at the Sollers plant in Vladivostok, where assembly and test lines have already been established. The first on the conveyor were two models - the flagship Sollers SA9 tourist bus and the Sollers SA6 intercity bus. Both buses are fully compliant with international quality standards and undergo rigorous testing on specialist tracks. It uses high-tech methods to check the operation of the suspension, brake system and steering, which guarantees the reliability and safety of vehicles.
Sollers buses are distinguished by advanced technologies and a wide range of options that can be modified to meet the individual needs of carriers. Special attention is paid to comfortable conditions for long trips, which is especially important for the tourist segment. The design uses aluminum and plastic, which reduces the weight of buses and increases their stability and strength. These innovative solutions provide a high level of safety and performance.
The company plans to produce up to 1.5 thousand buses per year. The start of sales is scheduled for December 2024, and production will be gradually deepened in terms of localization. This will not only reduce dependence on imported components, but also increase the volume of products produced.[1]
